Next week, to trail run solo for 5 days in the Italian Dolomites along the Alta Via 1, I make traveling d-supply decisions today with care.

Trail running d-supplies for my hydration pack: Insulin pump Sensors Glucometer & strips Ketone meter & strips Lancing device Insulin Syringes E-Glucagon CGM transmitter Extra CGM sensor Glucose event supplies

Taking too much is cumbersome for trail running, taking too little could create emergency without necessity.

I decide and trust.

I use experience, expertise, knowledge, and to the best of my ability, anticipate need.

I’ve adventured often into places some with diabetes resist. I sit in appreciation my perspective doesn’t hold this same resistance.

I also stand solidly in appreciation, living in California, making choices for MY BODY for my life.
