Throw It Forward!


What does throw it forward look like? It’s manifesting. For those in the know... it’s the Secret.


Manifesting - when you create an environment to allow what you desire to flow. You keep your head up looking and feeling toward what you want, you allow flow and feeling good when it occurs and momentum increases.


THROW YOUR ENERGY FORWARD TOWARD WHAT YOU WANT.


This isn’t an exercise in challenging beliefs you don’t desire or that don’t feel good until they go away. Because when you challenge what you don’t want it gets more momentum. And who needs more of what they don’t desire and what doesn’t feel good?


This is however an exercise in allowing belief in the reality you do desire to consume you.


One tool I offer my health coaching clients is the traffic light throw it forward. Instead of picking up your phone when you have seconds waiting at a traffic light think and feel fully what you desire.


More connection in your relationship?


Money to flow your way?


Energy to do that workout when you arrive home?


Patience and capacity to deep listen to your kids at the end of the day?


Inspired action to make nutritional choices with ease and flow that serve what health looks like for you?


Whatever you desire...


FEEL IT FULLY.


THINK IT FULLY.


KNOW IT FULLY.


Belief in the reality you desire is a precursor to the reality. If you are waiting for the reality to present in order for you to believe, it’s going to be a very long and slow process.
